Alex Ivker

Alex Ivker is a writer and producer based in Brooklyn, New York. Most recently, she served as Consulting Producer on STARZ’s Three Women partnering on all phases of the project from the writers’ room through production and post-production. Her original feature screenplay Max and Vivian Get Mitzvah’d has been recognized by Stowe Story Labs, the Austin Film Festival Screenwriting competition and Cinestory and is currently in development with Puff Piece Productions. Ms. Ivker has extensive production experience working on award-winning projects such as Pixar Animation Studios’ Coco and Soul, and HBO’s Olive Kitteridge and Westworld. She began her career in development at Lionsgate Entertainment and then at Lakeshore Entertainment, working on a slate of films that included The Age of Adaline, American Pastoral and Walk of Shame. A lifelong theater kid, Alex holds a dual degree in Theater and Psychology with a minor in Gender Studies from Northwestern University and has acting training from The Second City, The British American Drama Academy (BADA) Midsummer in Oxford programme and Goldsmiths, University of London.
